30-Day Comfort Guarantee: Free Returns
We want you to sleep well. If you're not happy with your Hazli purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. That includes mattresses you've slept on.
How to return
- Email with your order number and the reason for the return (it helps us improve).
- We'll email you a prepaid return label within 1 business day. Returns are free for orders shipped within the United States.
- Roll the item back up and pack it in its bag or any box, attach the label and drop it off.
Refunds
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of the return reaching our warehouse. Your bank may take 3–10 more days to show it.
- Original shipping was free, so nothing is deducted.
- Prefer an exchange (another size or colour)? Tell us in your email and we'll ship the new item as soon as the return is scanned by the carrier.
Damaged, defective or wrong items Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, and you won't have to return the item.
