Great for indoor exercise of kids. I recently bought this punching bag and so far liked it. It comes up with a pump. However pump is of ok quality but no worries and you can use any balloon pump to fulfill the purpose. There are 3 sections to pump air. At bottom black part you can fill water or sand. We filled half water and rest air because that was sufficient for us. It’s a great indoor exercise or great to burn calories by kids. It’s height is sufficient even for adults. Overall I like this punching bag for children and beginner adults.

The water has stayed in/no dripping, keeps it nicely fixed in one place without sliding around. Very durable-my husband and I even get a few punches in.
